We were fortunate to have Roger Epstein to Honolulu briefly for this episode, on a short break from his work in China.
Roger is a leading attorney and legal expert, co-founder of Asia-Pacific Group. He has been a guest lecturer in international law at Beijing Foreign Studies University in the center of the capital of China for two months, and is returning there tomorrow to complete teaching the spring semester.
Through this series, we show China from the inside, through Chinese eyes. How is the immense, complex and beautiful country of China developing and changing? How do Chinese people see themselves, and their role in the world? What are their hopes and visions?
